Great food and service. Had the fried chicken with French toast bites and hot spiced honey. Here for a conference just a fee blocks away. Great waitress and vibe.

Loved the location & interior! The service was great & the food was delightful! Loved my berry chantilly pancakes - just the right amount of sweet! The potatoes were also fabulous! This is the kind of brunch place where you want everything on the menu! Highly recommend!

After finally making it to Mobile we were looking for a good brunch to grab some food at, long behold we fold Ruby Slipper. This location in downtown Mobile and it's a gem. Very New Orleans type of style to the place, from their food menu to the drinks. Very impressed with the menu, had a plethora of options. My wife and I got the same meal, it was a special Nashville Hot Chicken egg Benedict. While I do not like egg Benedict's I opted to swap out that style for scrambled which they were willing to do, kudos to our server she was great and helpful. The dish itself was amazing, chicken was crispy on a fresh biscuit topped with arugula and their Nashville sauce, blended perfectly with the eggs, drooling thinking about this meal. Definitely a must stop place if you're ever in downtown Mobile.

Long but worthwhile wait. Great breakfast, it is one of our favorites, we now come everytime we visit Mobile

Ruby slipper gets better and better! They have updated their menus to include cocktails for a great brunch for friends and families. The location is great to give visitors a taste of Mobile downtown area. Worth the wait.

First of all Kristan our server was amazing. She got us coffee right away and had a smile the whole time. She was great in that she told us all about the history of the restaurant which was fun to learn about. She kept our coffee filled and the water filled too. We started with the French Toast Bites which were so delicious. I had an iced vanilla latte which was perfect. My boyfriend had the Benedict combo with the chicken benie and the pork benie. I had the Bisquits and Gravy which was outstanding. The gravy was seasoned perfectly. They have several locations so look them up and go!

This was my first time trying this restaurant, and it was a great experience! We were greeted and seated immediately, of course we did beat the morning rush. We had a great service from start to finish. Food and drink were excellent! The biscuits were amazing!! If you get a chance to try this restaurant, please do so.

Very nice place. Located in the old Bank of Mobile building, this joint is very popular, although it originated from Mobile West, you may know it as New Orleans it has an Old Mobile feel to the place. I really love the breakfast menu. Eggs Benedicts abound. They are just what you'd expect to find offered on a Jazz Brunch Menu along the Gulf Coast. Everything I had was fantastic. There's so much here it's hard to know where one should begin. The coffee is really good, I believe I had a full pot. I'm sorry I didn't grab a bag before I left town. Maybe on future visits, I'll update my review with more details.
